Whether it was explosive weightlifting, sweat-inducing intervals or targeted balance exercises &#8211; every session was designed to prepare his body for the extreme demands of the Ski World Cup. <\/p>\n\n<p>Between training sessions, Cyprien took the time to talk to us about his goals and motivation. His passion for skiing and his tireless drive to keep improving are infectious and inspiring. <\/p>\n\n<p>Two days full of sweat, energy and impressive discipline &#8211; Cyprien Sarrazin showed us
