Since it was founded in 1928, Ascot Elite Entertainment and its Berlin subsidiary have produced and co-produced over 300 feature films, making it one of the largest and most important production companies in Europe.
In the recent past, Ascot Elite Entertainment has mainly acted as co-producer of various productions. For example, she co-produced COLD BLOOD LEGACY (2019) starring Jean Reno with her Swiss production company, the family adventure A\u00cfLO: UNE ODYSS\u00c9E EN LAPONIE (2018) by Guillaume Maidatchevsky and the internationally successful feature film production NORTHMEN - A VIKING SAGA (2014), for which she acted as lead producer. Before that, she produced the successful and well-reviewed Swiss cinema documentary HOSELUPF - ODER WIE MAN EIN B\u00d6SER WIRD. With DIE NACHBARN VON OBEN, directed by Sabine Boss, she produced and launched one of the most successful feature films in 2023 and with DOWNHILL SKIERS, an exciting sports documentary is currently in production, which will be released in cinemas in fall 2025, followed by a mini-series on Amazon Prime.
Ralph S. Dietrich, Karin G. Dietrich, Stephan Giger and Roger Kaufmann make up the production quartet at Ascot Elite Entertainment, with Roger Kaufmann primarily responsible for production matters, while Ralph S. Dietrich, Karin G. Dietrich and Stephan Giger focus on the distribution business and license trading at the Swiss parent company, Elite Film AG, as well as film acquisition and distribution for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
In 2020, Ralph S. Dietrich, Karin G. Dietrich and Stephan Giger received the prestigious GAMECHANGER AWARD at the 16th Zurich Film Festival.<\/p>\n
