I was drawn to nature and the mountains from an early age, which prompted me to start training as a forest warden at the age of 15. During this time, I was accepted into the Swiss national snowboard team. After completing my training, I dedicated myself entirely to snowboard competitions and shoots and traveled around the world for them. This time was characterized by great successes: I was able to win several top-class competitions and discover numerous fascinating places - an experience I will never forget. Unfortunately, this time also brought many injuries.
Freeriding increasingly turned my passion towards alpinism, which is why I eventually switched to skis, as they offered me more speed, safety and efficiency in the mountains. I began to climb numerous impressive peaks in the Alps - be it climbing, mountaineering, ice climbing or ski touring. My focus is often on fast and extremely long tours, which I usually undertake alone. These solo tours not only require physical strength, but also mental stamina and a pronounced sense of direction, which I have perfected over the years.
My adventures often took me into the mountains at night to capture the unique moments at sunrise with my camera and drone. This passion did not go unnoticed, and soon companies and productions began to take notice of me. So I found myself more and more in the film business, specializing in mountain scenarios.
My expertise lies in moving quickly and safely in the mountains, often with a heavy rucksack and over several days. For me, nature and mountaineering are more than just a sport - they are a way of life. I have had the privilege of working with many successful athletes, such as the ice climber Martin Sieberer, the trad climbers Beat Zangerl and Jacopo Larcher and Alex Lugger on his first ascent in the R\u00e4tikon. <\/p>\n
